Emanate

The last, and no less important, step to the creative process is Emanating your gifts. God did not give us the talents to keep them hidden. Your art was meant to be shared.

We pour so much love and passion into our work. When we choose to share the work, that love and passion is spread into others. It is our duty as creative souls to spread these positive vibes. And you know what else is spread by sharing? CREATIVITY (BOOM full circle!).

Giving Gifts - nothing compares to the joy of giving your art as a gift. Other’s are so delighted by being gifted such a treasure (as it is a small piece of the creator) and finds no flaws in the work. I can collect a closet full of finished quilts and may lose my passion for them over time. But when someone gives you a quilt you treasure it always. These quilts were born of love and deserve to be loved always. 

Entering Shows - Quilts Shows are a great avenue of sharing your work. People enjoy seeing all levels of quilting and you should not feel like you are not talented enough to display your work. We want to see it! Let go of comparing your quilts to others and know that each and every piece of art is enjoyed by the attendees of these shows. 

Social Media - remember we talked about using Social Media to grow creativity? Well you can be the one offering that creativity. Post your finished projects on social media platforms to share with friends and family.
